Refund Policy

Avonel Health provides custom-compounded medications prepared specifically for each patient based on a valid prescription. Because these products are made to order and cannot be returned to inventory, resold, or reused, all sales are final.

Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund only before compounding has begun. Once your prescription is verified and compounding starts, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Exceptions
We will issue a replacement or refund if:

• you received the wrong product due to an error on our part;
• your order arrived damaged or was not delivered; or
• you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate or unauthorized charge).

Report any such issue within [7] days of the charge or expected delivery date by contacting support@avonelhealth.com.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

Returns Policy

Avonel Health cannot accept returns of any medication under any circumstances once it has been dispensed and shipped.

This is not simply a matter of company preference. Once a medication leaves our pharmacy’s custody, its storage conditions, handling, and integrity can no longer be verified. Federal and state pharmacy regulations prohibit returned medications from being restocked, resold, or redispensed to another patient. For these reasons, all medications are considered final upon shipment.

Damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders
While medications cannot be physically returned, we stand behind every order. If you received the wrong product due to an error on our part, your order arrived damaged, or your shipment was not delivered, contact us at [support@avonelhealth.com] within [7] days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund consistent with our Refund Policy.

Please do not mail medications back to us
Because returned medications cannot be accepted, any medication sent to us will be disposed of and cannot be credited. If you need to dispose of unused medication, we can direct you to a safe disposal resource.
